PulsePoint Training Academy provides American Heart Association (AHA) certification training including:

• BLS for Healthcare Providers
• Heartsaver CPR/AED
• First Aid Training
• Group and Workplace CPR Training
• Community CPR Education

All courses follow current American Heart Association guidelines.

Students must register for courses through our website or approved booking platform.

Full payment is required to confirm your seat in the class.

Students who successfully complete the course requirements will receive an official American Heart Association eCard certification.

Certification is typically issued within 24 hours of course completion.

Students may reschedule their class with at least 24 hours notice.

No-shows or cancellations within less than 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the class fee.

PulsePoint Training Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor illness, weather, or low enrollment.

CPR and First Aid training involves physical practice on mannequins and simulated rescue techniques.

By participating in training, students agree that PulsePoint Training Academy LLC and its instructors are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from participation in training activities.

All course materials, graphics, and website content belong to PulsePoint Training Academy LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Users agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its functionality.
